Makinig at Pag-ibig an ACS production

Pixel Creations Photography
Dateline: 080109
Vallejo, Ca

The wind beat silently against Zio Fraedo's light, brown textured building as guests gathered around the entrance. Cheerfully and excited, fans peeked their heads in and out of the building hoping to catch a glimpse of their favorite artists. Each artist practiced their already perfect song as the evening began to set. Flashes of cameras lit up the room as Pixel Creations staff captured the artists strike a pose. As the sun began to set, the evening began. Chanting of fans, waiters scurrying around, and hosts giving their funnies jokes gave both the artists and fans the feel of home. Performers sang their heart out, danced the night away, and entertained like they have never before. As the evening drowned out to night, fans began to be impatient and began chanting for CRSB and Rin on the Rox. As both sets of artists broke out on stage, the fans began to get louder than the beginning singing alongside their favorite youtube artists. As the night ended the artists gathered around and pixel creations staff took snapshots of excited fans with their favorite artists. In the end, the day closed with a smile. BA '93

As the evening unraveled and soldiers with their guests poured in, Pixel Creations was ready to capture every shining moment of each soldier. Known as the "Center of Mercy", the 2nd Medical Brigade's dining out for the Commanding General started with the arrival of the party, a toast, and a tribute to a fallen soldier. Family after family stood in line to take their portraits together while mingling with the other guests. Prints of pictures poured out one after the other from the printer as each snapshot was taken. As the night began to end with tired feet and consistent yawns, Pixel Creations ended the day happy to support those who fight for the freedom of our country. BA'83

The traditional Pomp & Circumstance played during this long anticipated event. Speeches and songs from students as well as educational leaders were heard before the final closing moments. With grins and excitement, the students lined up as each diploma was given. Flashes of parents' cameras quickly took over, but among those were the flashes of Pixel Creations cameras ready to catch each satisfied smile of a graduate student.

Today was a long day of fulfilling work, we were given the honor to provide the photography for the Miracle Fundraiser benefiting Felicia Thomas AKA "Miracle" in Brentwood California. It was a day long event set to raise financial support and ease the emotional burden for Felicia who is now battling cancer once again. She is a big supporter of the American Cancer Society and participated in numerous fund raising events from Relay for Life to other activities associated with American Cancer Society since 2006. The event was attended by capacity crowd of supporters, family and church members. Entertainment for the afternoon were all volunteers, from the famous California Cowboys Band, Christian group and artist Not by Sight, S-Dub and MPG, East County Kids-N-Motion. Big treat for that afternoon was the surprise appearance of country legend Tim McGraw who was very gracious and accommodating to all. He said "I like it better when I just show up without people knowing, it's better that way", proves that this True Blooded American Cowboy really has a big Heart. Brentwood Mayor Bob Taylor, American Cancer Society representative Jeff Shultz, Rev. Samuel Rothschild, fellow cancer survivors Kim Williams, Robert Thompson and various family members and friends shared both their insights and love towards Felicia.
Its was a humbling experience for Pixel Staff and we are equally blessed to be part of such a worthy cause.
